Outside of the hotel buffets prices start around $6.50 which is amazing value and the BBQ buffets offering a unique truly local experience. For hotel buffets offering more international cuisine prices start around $20 although if its a special event or special day such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc, then prices for dinner buffets will skyrocket in most cases doubling or tripling.
There are also several places offering buffet dinner and show with prices starting at a very reasonable $12.

The Citadel offers an International buffet with western and local Khmer options for breakfast and dinner. On Monday, Thursdays and Saturdays at 7.30 they also offer buffet dinner with a traditional Apsara dance performance. Price $35+. Breakfast is $20+.

Lotus Restaurant offers buffet breakfast for $18(+tax) and for dinner they offer BBQ buffet dinner and Apsara Dance performance for $25(+tax).

Malis offers a Free Flow Breakfast for $7+tax offering as much as you like from their breakfast and drinks menu. For lunch, they offer a Free Flow BBQ Menu for $19+tax. The breakfast deal is a good one but note it gets busy there on Sundays.

Khema is the sister restaurant of Malis and they also have offers a Free Flow Breakfast including western and Khmer dishes for $11.90+tax they also offer free low lunch for the same price (was $15.90). On Thursdays, they offer a free flow dinner with wine and imported cheeses and special buffet selections for $22.90+tax.

$6.50, offering an all you can eat BBQ and seafood similar to Hansa BBQ. This spot is hugely popular with locals, the best bet is to go early, before 7pm.
