Located in the forest area south of the East Gate Road, Monument 65 is a Buddhist Terrace suggested to be from the late Angkor/post-Angkor era.
On visiting in October 2025, the site is heavily overgrown but what can be seen is the outline of an elongated laterite terrace, demarcated by double leaf-shaped sema, still standing places. The remnants span an area around 50m long, east to west, and 23m wide.

Historical Notes
A trace of a terrace, indicated simply by a slight elevation of the ground and a few carved blocks, was discovered about 300 meters east of the pond known as trapân rôn damrëi and about a hundred meters south of the avenue leading to the Gate of the Dead.
This terrace measures approximately 26 meters by 16 meters. It possesses a laterite border wall only on the South and East sides. A remnant of a stairway, 1.50 meters wide with laterite stringboard bases, marks the entrance on the East side. Right next to this stairway lie: A reclining bull (Nandi), measuring 1.10 meters long and 0.60 meters wide, missing its head. A sandstone sculpture fragment representing a chariot wheel, 0.35 meters in diameter, above which a seated figure can be very vaguely discerned.
No trace of a bàlàn exists, but in its place are several square pedestals of various sizes with central mortars; the largest measures 0.90 meters high and 1.20 meters per side. The Buddhist character of this platform is attested only by the double semas at the corners and along the axes, with the peculiarity that these stones are located inside the perimeter of the terrace.
The ground yielded several fragments of heavily deteriorated sculptures, worthless statuettes, a prasat-shaped finial, and a small stele depicting a standing figure with multiple superimposed heads, holding a bow in his left hand, his arms bristling laterally with numerous arrows.
