The Big List of Gyms in Siem Reap

Here is our big list of gyms and fitness centers in Siem Reap, ranging from the basic workout gyms at a bargain $1 per visit to $10 per visit for luxury A/C gyms with steam rooms etc. Update April 2022 – most of the dedicated gyms are reopened now and some of the larger ones will require you to show proof of vaccination. Some of the hotel gyms mentioned below are yet to reopen.

Gold Fitness is the largest and newest gym in Siem Reap. Facilities here include free weights, large range of machines, elliptical, bikes, treadmills, sleds, bags, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot and cold jacuzzi. Angkor Inter Fitness

Offers free weights, machines, and classes for HIIT, Yoga, Aerobic Step and more. They have showers and lockers. Also has a sauna room but it is shared on alternate days between men and women, and its also small. This gym is airconditioned. Update 2022: This gym has changed its name to Angkor Fitness, and expanded with two floors now with a monthly membership starting at $26.

Courtyard by Marriot Siem Reap

Offering air-conditioned gym room with modern equipment inc. free weights and machines, treadmills and bikes. With gym access, you also get access to the sauna room, lockers, and showers at Quan Spa, plus pool access. They also have classes I believe. No hot or cold jacuzzi. On last enquiry a day pass was $5 and monthly was $109. Open 6AM–9PM.

Offering air-conditioned gym room with modern equipment inc. a small range of free weights, smith machine, leg press, chest press, treadmills, and bike. The locker rooms feature a sauna, steam room, hot and cold jacuzzi. Pool use is included. On last enquiry a day pass was $10 and monthly was $70. Open 6AM–9PM.

Any Happy Gym

It’s not the newest gym but people love it. I seem to workout harder there than anywhere else. Featuring a cardio area and weights area with treadmills, bike, machines, and free weights. On last enquiry a day pass was 75c and pay a little extra to use a treadmill. You can also buy protein powder here. Has lockers, towels, and a shower if you need it. Open 6AM–9PM.

The Fit

Right next to SC Gym, I have not been in so I can’t tell you much more than what you can garner via their FB page.

Angkor Century

Small gym with some machines, bike, and treadmill. They have a sauna but it never seems to be working and the jacuzzi is not something you’d use. Their pool is nice. On last visit, some time ago, it was $8 for a day pass including pool and gym use.

GymTime

Small but with modern gym equipment, usually not to busy, has male and female showers. I cannot remember exactly but I think it was around a $1 on last visit inc. towel and shower use. They have free weights, treadmills, spinning bikes, and machines.

Where to buy protein powder eg. whey and supplements in Siem Reap? Apart from the gyms mentioned above, head to Angkor Market on Road 6 who stock Gold Standard Whey and other variants from Optimum Nutrition or Chao San Hok.
