Banteay Meanchey Province is located in the north-west of the country bordering with Thailand. The capital city of the province is Sisophon while the most visited city in the province is Poipet due only to being the location of main land border crossing into Thailand.

A brick temples group, ruined, from which the registration K. 213, K. 214 and K. 791 come and where you can see two rock inscriptions. The remains were spread atop a hill on an esplanade first thirty meters wide and a cave in the side of the second hill. (Aymonier)

Laterite bridge measuring around 9m wide and 25m long located in Banteay Meanchey province a little over 3km east of Phnom Srok. It is well preserved and used today only by local residents with the main traffic diverting around with a new bridge to the east.
