Wat Pnov (Kampong Thom)

Contemporary monastery and pagoda located on the west bank of the Stoeng Chinit river in Pnov Commune, Kampong Thom. It features some laterite blocks that may be from the ancient temple that once existed in the village, Prasat Pei, along with relics of an older Buddhist Terrace of the late post-Angkorian era (15th-19th c). It was recorded “28” on Henri Parmentier’s map from 1935.
