Located to the southeast of the main Koh Ker temple group, Prasat Trapeang Svay is the remains of a brick temple that opened to the west. It was a single shrine by appearance and was built atop a laterite base. Fragments of its sandstone door frame and decorated octagonal pillars can still be seen along with false doors set into the brickwork around the north, south and east sides.
