Prasat Tamoch is also recorded as Preah Ko Preah Keo Temple on some maps, Preah Ko also being the name of the village. It features the remains of an ancient brick temple that was surrounded by a moat with a basin to its east.
Only the foundations of what may have been two small brick towers can be seen from limited excavations. On the unexcavated area, a small modern vihara has been constructed in front of which is a small shelter housing several sandstone remnants including a very decayed small lion, decorated door frame columns, window balusters, etc.
Around 130 m directly east is another small site with a neak ta shelter
