- Area: Pursat Province > Krakor District > Ansa Chambâk Commune > Arang Pruoch Village
- | Type: Ancient Remains & Temples
Located around 15km south of the RN 6 in Krakor District of Pursat Province is Wat Phnum Kuk also recorded as Phnom Kuk. It is an active monastery and contemporary pagoda located at the eastern foot of a 17km long mountain range. The area is gated and normally closed although the monk was happy for us to wander around the pagoda and take some shots.

As I found out later, up the mountain from this site is an ancient/old hermitage/vihara delimited by stone markers, and nearby, a small cave with Buddhist relics and statuary (Bruguier).
