- Area: Phnom Penh > Dangkao District > Dangkao Commune > Peam Village
- | Type: Ancient Remains & Temples
A contemporary monastery and pagoda in Dangkao District. The previous pagoda was intriguingly built on a double substructure of brick and jars as recorded by Bruno Bruguier along with housing a stupa/chaitya depicting four images of the Buddha. The pagoda has been refreshed in recent times and, being locked on the last visit, it’s unknown to me if the stupa/chaitya was returned to the new pagoda.
